We got picked up on time. Van was clean and comfortable. Driver was nice and dropped us off right in front of our destination so we didn't have to walk. Good service, would use again.
We traveled from Ha Long to Hanoi by a comfortable bus, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The bus was very удобный: soft seats, a clean interior, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. A big plus was that each passenger had access to an individual phone charger, which made the trip even more convenient. We also want to highlight the excellent service: we were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off exactly at the address we requested. Everything was well-organized, punctual, and very comfortable.
