Started later than expected and the communication was a little confusing that said great ride good service and we arrived ahead of schedule, good stuff

The bus stopped many times a long the way to load and unload goods which did not lead to a good sleep. Further the bus did not stop at the intended location in Hué but somewhere more outside. However then a shuttle bus brought us to the city which was okay. However communication was very hard since no English from any of the bus staff. Good thing was that everything in the bus worked (USB charger, lights etc.).

The bus is good but everything is not organized good. The bus was late, when I tried to call for asking though the number in the app I didn't get a response. When the bus came, the driver didn't let me in and said no booking, I showed him the booking in the app and after long minutes of wait he checked again and eventually let me in. If I wasn't actively searching for the bus and insisting he will probably just not pick me up.

Xe hơi chán. Chạy chậm, dừng đón khách dọc đường nhiều. Chạy ĐN - HN mất 15 tiếng. Dừng quán ăn chất lượng khá tệ, mà lại đắt. Giá vé cao hơn so với Tân Kim Chi.

The bus was transporting also like to cages of fruits in free bed compartments with stop to load and unload on the way. General it was over 1 hour late, the beds were kind of dirty, one of the drivers was very arrogant and driving furiously. We had stops on the way but with no information to passengers that they can leave the bus. The good thing was that for most of the trip we could use the toilet inside the bus.
