Worst possible experience. Not only was the van making constant stops, with the driver yelling out the window to solicit more passengers, but he was also smoking in the vehicle and picking up random smelly items to ship back into Hanoi. I felt trapped and couldn’t do anything on the 4 hour trip, only for them to miss the exit for the airport and forgot about me. When I raised my voice they kicked me off of the van and paid someone on the side of the road to take me to the airport on a scooter. I want my money back, and my flight comped. Never again

Arrived an hour later than scheduled. There was no traffic jam. The driver took several smoking breaks and did shopping. Not recommended.

The bus information was wrong so i lost my ticket and 5 hours ago still stuck in the bus station because of the wrong information and address they provided in the reservation So you are scamming people and really should not trust your site anymore

Very very very bad travel. The conducteur was so late and we lost our correspondance with an other bus. To crown it all the latter did not take his responsibilities and acknowledged his wrongdoing the driver dropped us off in a shabby, dangerous place and we had to walk along a fast lane to pick up a connection. I strongly advise against this trip

No shuttle bus, no easily found emergency contacts, support chat did not work. If a friendly local did not spend 15 mins calling and taking us to a replacement bus, we would be lost.

1. Change the pickup location without notice on the same day. 2. Dispatched by an unknown vehicle without notice . 3. Departed late and arrived at the airport 1 hour and 40 minutes late. 4. Stomach cramps due to extreme stress
