I had a a great experience from Hanoi to CaoBang. My best so far in Vietnam. The driver was very kind and I arrived almost on time. Highly recommended
Nous avons réservé un trajet Hanoï - Cao Bang via Xatit. Nous sommes partis à 9h15 le temps de charger les bagages, le départ était prévu initialement à 9h. 20 minutes de pause pipi au milieu du trajet. Nous sommes arrivés à Cao Bang vers 14h. Les sièges sont très confortables, il y a même une fonction massage au niveau des lombaires si l'on souhaite. Une petite bouteille d'eau est prévue à chaque siège. Le conducteur a conduit plutôt prudemment. Je recommande ce transporteur.
Xe chạy nhanh nhưng do ngồi cuối nên đôi lúc hơi bị xóc do đi vào chỗ đường xấu. Lái xe hơi cọc tính xíu nhưng rất hỗ trợ hành khách khi cần. Đầu trung chuyển HN rất nhiệt tình và vui tính. Thấy yêu thích nhà xe Duy Quang và sẽ noted cho những chuyến đi tiếp theo.
Đi xe rất êm ái, không bị xóc hoặc cảm giác khó chịu chút nào. 1 điểm cộng nữa là lái xe cực kỳ an toàn, thân thiện và vui vẻ. Anh phụ trách trung chuyển phía đầu HN nhiệt tình và nói chuyện thoải mái. Mỗi tội trên hành trình nhà xe không cung cấp nước uống.
Véhicule et sièges confortables, départ à l'heure, c'était parfait et moins long que le bus.
Very comfortable and good ride. Only thing we didnt like was we had to transfer at their office in Hanoi but there was no communication about this and we had to wait long (we booked taxi in the end)

I was waiting for 1hour and 40 min. The bus driver didn't pick me up at the airport. I emailed to Xatit and fix it up. another car picked me up and drop me off on the middle of road to take another bus. I took 4 bus and eventually I caught up with the bus which I was supposed to take, but when I was in the limousine, an ambulance crushed the limousine. I should wait for another limousine for 1 and half hour. I wanted to give zero star, but the operation staff kept trying to solve these problems.l so give 2 stars.
