Waited an hour and 20 minutes for the car to pick me up. Nobody contacted me to let me know they're late and nobody on the hotline spoke English. 55 minutes after the driver texted me that he is coming in 30 minutes he came. First he told me that we're picking another costumer, and after few minutes told me that the other costumer canceled and asked me to pay 800k vnd for taking only me, even though I already payed 270k on the app when I booked. I refused and tryed to call the hotline but they didn't know any English. Asked a Vietnamese speaking friend to call them, and they said I did already payed and to not pay more to the driver. At this point I felt unsafe being with the driver after he lied to me (I was still the only costumer, a female at night), he suddenly said that there is another costumer that is going to the same place as me. Very suspicious. Already felt like I can't trust him so had to give up my ticket, traveling plans and the hotel I already payed for at my destination.

Chuyến đi bị đổi khung giờ từ 12h khởi hành thành không xác định. Tôi đã huỷ chuyến đi sau khi trao đổi với tổng đài, tuy nhiên vẫn chưa nhận lại tiền đã chuyển khoản.
