I understand that chosen seats cannot always be guaranteed when someone might be in need of one's seat, but I find it very difficult that when i choose several seats next to each other traveling in a group, the seating plan is disregarded and everyone sits wherever. I could not travel together with my friends and family and we were separated for several hours on this trip as we were told to sit on the remaining seats, which weren't next to each other. It was very disappointing, as we were the last to be picked up and had no choice at all.

Never got picked up. Coordinates were inside the airport even though my ride was a bus. Drivers number and licenses plate never got updated and when I got through to the hotline, they said the driver had left. Passengers should be able to contact their driver at any point and I was unable to. Driver also didn’t have WhatsApp apparently which isn’t ideal. Was denied a refund too so can’t find anything positive to say about this experience.
