I booked a return bus to the Friendship Pass Chinese border. I had great communication about the pick up times etc. I had a query and emailed them before the trip and received a response within a couple of hours. The pick up was on time. The bus journey there and back was very smooth and the bus there and back very clean. I was very impressed with the service. Great value for money. I will definitely use them again.

乘坐体验还是挺好的，就是没有时间观念，我定的，早晨5.42的车，没有车你也要通知我呀，后来我让我酒店前台帮我回拨总台号码，他帮我说了，变成7.42的班车了，我早晨不到5点就起来了，就怕错过班车，你推迟也要说一下。发个信息说下，或者打个电话。最好发信息，因为我们外国人越南语听不懂。还好有好心的酒店前台。不然今天大巴车，5.42没有，后边也不通知我，我也不知道怎么办了。
One time that enough for this bus operator because: 1. The pick up location office were ceased and no waiting area but there still lucky that there has a cafe like Highlands nearby. 2. Delayed pick up time from 11.20 to be 11.45 and we knew when we were arrived at pick up location already. 3. It is worst that they changed our reserved bed seat no. 4 & 5 to be 1 & 2 (beside of driver) without notice! That so worst. We tried to dispute but driver just say NO. We pay more for comfortable not like this. Do not recommend this bus operator anymore.
