Xe sạch sẽ nhưng tài xế không lịch sự, quá áp đặt khách. Không điện thoại trước khi đón. Tài xế luôn tỏ vẻ khó chịu trong suốt chuyến đi. Ko bao giờ muốn đi lại

The drive itself was fine, the toilet stop was exceptionally clean. Communication and customer service was very poor. They said they could not find my address. I live on An Thuong 38 in Da Nang, a small street, is this code for "we don't want to pick you up there"? I offered to be picked up at a large hotel nearby, they told me to be ready one hour before the leaving time. Considering I was not waiting at home, I asked if they could be more specific. On the way home communication was better, however the van was packed with 'luggage' which included a sack of sticks. Ants everywhere. This was not a limousine experience. Wish I'd taken the bus.
