Xe Thuận Thực (Hà Giang)

All good

No reckless driving from Ha Giang to Quang Ninh, but good and calm. Friendly staff. Complimentary water and good WiFi. Beautiful bus, spacious bed. I really enjoyed the ride!

They picked us up from the point they promised and also dropped us off where promised. The staff were helpful and friendly! The seats were clean, you can tell the bus interior has been used a lot, but overall it was pretty clean. I am a short and small person so the space was enough for me, but for my friend who is tall, the seat was quite uncomfortable. There was no internet nor charging outlets. Other than that, everything was great, the ride was smooth and comfortable!

Very disappointing quality of bus. Many of the seats were damaged, there was vomit on one and chewing gum on others. The blankets did not smell clean either. We were over an hour and a half late to our destination after setting off and stopping for half an hour, and then and making multiple stops. There were two very quick toilet breaks in 9.5 hours and nowhere to get hot food. Most of the seatbelts were also broken
