It's understandable that departure and arrival times aren't exact. This is Vietnam, after all. And while dangerous driving in Vietnam is acceptable, but drivers were using their phones at all times while driving. This is really unnecessary.

Very dangerous riding and speeding, the driver took other people from and to unplanned spots. Then, after 2/3 of the trip told us to change car. Because of all that mess I lost my jacket, but the worst part is after the ride they stopped replying. Zero customer support.
