Roads are very windy

Points positifs: chauffeur professionnel, bonne conduite et dans les temps sans prendre de risques. Le bus, dans sa globalité n'est pas trop mal. En revanche, l’assistant du chauffeur était grossier, irrespectueux et pas du tout aidant, en tout cas avec les touristes. Il ouvre les rideaux sans gêne, fait des manières lorsqu’on lui pose une question et met la pression pour rien. Le problème est qu’il ne parle pas anglais et que nous ne parlons pas vietnamien. Il crie donc en vietnamien et refuse d’utiliser un traducteur. Heureusement, les autres membres de la compagnie ne sont pas comme lui. De plus, pas de chance pour moi : rideau vers le couloir était cassé, rideau de fenêtre qui ne tenait pas, bouton de la lumière cassé, siège couchette non réglable, coussin et couverture pas propres..

I selected the pickup service when booking my ticket. My scheduled pickup time was 7:45, but by 8:00, no one had arrived, so I called the bus company. They told me to wait, so I did. By 8:30, no one had arrived, so I called the bus company again. They told me they couldn't pick me up, so I had to take a taxi to a designated location. Of course, I paid for the taxi. The cabin bus I reserved didn't arrive at the designated location, so I was put on a sleeping bus. I didn't understand what was going on, so I asked the bus staff for an explanation, but they angrily told me the bus had left because I was late. I eventually caught up with my cabin bus, got on it, and arrived in Hanoi. I chose a bus company with good reviews on Vecere, but this is what happens. I truly understand that this is Vietnam's service. I will never book a bus with Vecere again...The bus ride was comfortable so I'll give it 2 stars.

Poor service on the bus, the driver assistant don't seem to have grasped basic rules of politeness.

Bus was clean and on time, but finding the correct bus was very confusing as nobody spoke english. We even tried translator to vietnamese - did not help. We had a night trip and our driver played loud vietnamese disco music almost whole night making it impossible to sleep.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They lost or stole one of our suitcases while we were sleeping, and they refused to take responsibility. The staff were a disgrace; all they did was laugh and make excuses.

Didn't get a pickup although it was confirmed. They also didn't inform me that there will be no pickup. I had to call them and ask where they are, and in the end had to pay a taxi by myself to get to the busstation last minute. Very narrow seats. First, they wanted to give me a seat in the middle and I had to insist on a place on the side (which I booked). Bus arrived 2 hours earlier than announced in Hanoi. At least I managed to get to hanoi.
