The staff on board were all nice and approachable. I ask the driver twice for a stopover since my stomach is acting crazy and he was nice enough to do so. Only downside will be the stops to load and unload produce from different places thus making the travel longer. Although, I understand that they need the income since there were only 5 of us as their passengers. Another thing to add is that they smoke inside the bus which makes me uncomfortable during the trip.
Throughout the entire night, the driver kept honking the horn, making it impossible to sleep. In the morning, it got even worse. He dropped us off on the highway about 20 km before reaching Da Nang and told us we had arrived. He doesn’t speak English and couldn’t explain anything — he just left us on the side of the road. Bus was good. Driver is asshole
The bus is okay. But there's constant smell of smoke. The bus conductor or driver keeps smoking constantly. It's really uncomfortable.
we drove for 32 hours instead of 20. because we spent a lot of time loading 3 tons of fruit during the trip! and then it took the same amount of time to unload these fruits. fruits and boxes took up half of the bus and I had to move to another place, although I specifically reserved the place I wanted. It was terrible. the only plus of the whole trip is that we got there. If I were the carrier, I would refund at least 50% of the cost, because the journey took 50% longer!
When purchasing the tickets, it was clearly stated that this was a 3-row bus. We chose this option specifically because, based on our previous trips, a 3-row bus has a toilet. When boarding, it turned out that it was a completely different bus — with 2 rows of seats and no toilet. The trip duration was 16 hours. One might think — what’s the problem, there are gas stations every 10 kilometers on the highways and everywhere there are free toilets. We left Da Nang and went outside the city to some kind of base where the driver was loading boxes and crates into the bus — this took a certain amount of time. Then, outside the city, we stopped again and waited about 20 minutes or more for additional passengers. Finally, we started moving, but now the lost time had to be made up, and the driver started racing, driving dangerously, constantly honking, and we felt like logs in the back of a truck. After 2 hours, there was an urgent need to urinate (which is natural for any human being). I went to the driver and explained that we needed a toilet stop. The driver said that the next stop would be in another hour and that he would not stop. He behaved rudely, aggressively, and in a raised voice, as if we were dogs or some kind of animals. When the stop finally happened, the driver stopped under some bridge. Let me remind you — every 10–15 kilometers there were gas stations with toilets!!!! Men went into the bushes — and what was the woman supposed to do?!! The driver announced that stops were only every 3 hours... Every human being has a biological need to urinate, and no one can control or postpone this. It was a complete fucking nightmare. Every time we had to argue with the driver to make him stop. At 1:00, the driver dropped off a passenger in some city, and all the passengers, including my wife, had to quickly run out and urinate прямо on the central street against the wall of some building!!! Because in that situation the only other option was to urinate in the bus, and honestly, we probably should have done exactly that. After this moment, until 6:40, the driver did not stop even once!!!! For the first time in my life, I encountered such inhuman, stupid, and inadequate people. And that’s not all. The final destination was supposed to be a bus station, where we planned to transfer to another bus. Instead, the bus brought us to some kind of industrial zone! As I understand it, to unload the cargo they had been collecting along the way — boxes, crates, bags. I said that I would not get off and that they had to take us to the address indicated on the ticket. In response, the driver started waving his hands and forcing us out of the bus. I am attaching a photo of the drop-off location. We were left with our suitcases in this industrial zone, in mud and puddles. We couldn’t even walk 5 meters with the suitcases because the wheels simply wouldn’t move on that road. We had to call a taxi. A woman who apparently was the owner of that territory demanded money from us for being there and tried to chase us away while we were waiting for the taxi. We were not the only passengers (Europeans) on this trip, and they were also extremely dissatisfied with both the trip and the drop-off location, which does not correspond to the address stated on the tickets. Bus substitution, aggressive, animal-like behavior by the driver toward passengers, a drop-off location that does not match the ticket, drivers doing their own business first and then racing dangerously — this is the standard of this company’s passenger service. Total deception — starting with the bus substitution. XATIT support was also absolutely unable to help in any way. I hope as many people as possible see this review. People must know what awaits them on this trip. This is my contribution for all travelers — people should know the truth.
