Selected this company for a last minute decision to sapa. Surprisingly pretty good bus. New and helpful driver. Has a shuttle car at the destination to send you to the hotel. Bus was waiting at the pickup point about 9.30pm. Everything pretty good other than the pickup point maybe not as good as other companies with dedicated office. I'll give 5/5.
Stop by for 30 mins break and 10 minutes break for loo time and eat something
Safe driving and comfortable seats, left on time and dropped us off early.
Tuyệt vời, sẽ đi lại nếu ghé sapa
Informatiom from driver not clear and he drop me wrong location.
Bus was comfortable and good. Although the driver was very rude and hence the rating. For a 4 pm departure he was pushing us to board since 3.30 PM , bus doesn’t have a toilet and never stopped for a break on time despite multiple requests and was very rude in communication too. Never experienced such rude drivers in life.
Not at all a friendly staff experience — quite surprising to encounter this in Vietnam. I had the option to be dropped off at either Noi Bai Airport or Hanoi city, and I chose Noi Bai because a friend was coming there to hand over some of my belongings. My hotel was in Hanoi, but I clearly explained that I would not step out of the bus and that my friend would simply hand over the item at the airport without delaying anyone. From the start of the trip, the staff seemed impatient and rude about this arrangement, repeatedly telling me to choose one location and dismissing my explanation. When we finally arrived, they didn't stop at the point they were supposed to stop as per drop off location, they insisted that I get down immediately and refused to wait even for one minute—which every other bus outside was doing without any issue. I didn’t want to argue or beg, so my wife and I got off the bus. This was an absolutely miserable experience, and next time I will choose HK Business Line, who in my experience are far more professional. A heads-up to tourists and international travelers.
My experience with this bus company was quite disappointing. When I returned to the Sapa office to take my bus, I realized I might have left my suitcase at a different office earlier in the morning. I showed the staff my booking confirmation and even the Grab location from the morning to help explain where I had been dropped off. I politely asked for help several times, but both the male and female staff members simply shrugged and repeatedly said “I don’t know.” They did not try to assist, ask further questions, or offer any suggestions. Their attitude felt very dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually, I had to guess the location myself and take a Grab there, where I fortunately found my luggage. What was also confusing was that after I had already boarded the bus, another staff member kept calling and messaging me on WhatsApp asking why I wasn’t coming. It seemed like there was very poor internal communication between the staff. In addition, none of the staff seemed able to communicate well in English, which made the situation even more difficult. Compared to the HK bus I took to Sapa earlier, this bus was much older and less comfortable. The curtains were dirty, there was no complimentary water, and the charging ports only supported USB (no USB-C). The seat belts were also not properly installed, which raised safety concerns. Until this moment, every Vietnamese person I met during my trip had been kind and helpful, so this interaction unfortunately left me with a very negative final impression of my trip. I hope the company improves both their customer service and the condition of their buses.
