Cabin đôi của xe hơi chật hơn so với các hãng xe khác. Mình đặt trên app được chọn điểm dừng nhưng khi đi về rồi và mình phải hỏi bác tài thì mới được biết là sẽ chỉ dừng 2 điểm thôi, nếu muốn dừng ở điểm nào thì phải báo trước. Mình phải dừng ở điểm cuối rất xa so với nhà mình. Nếu được thông báo trước thì sẽ tốt hơn.

Not so clean

On time, driver a bit agressive from European standards but we arrived safely. Clean bus. The only negative point is that we chose seats through the app and it wasn’t really respected when boarding the bus. The guy from the company was just randomly assigning seats on the spot.

I'm booking bus from Sapa to Hanoi , ฺฺBut bus have broken and change move we to sleeping bus , I recived mail at 9.30 am, and in afternoon have bus 1 time , I'm can't choosed for new booking because no bus in New Year and agent tell me for refund 100.000 vnd/person , But now i ask her for pay refund , She tell me can't refund because am booking 2 double cabins for 4 persons , The cost 's near sleeping bus 4 persons.
