Great seats with free wifi, snacks and cold water. Great service as well from the tour guide (Elisa) and the driver :) Will definitely use this service again :)

The only way to travel I saw pics of this bus and actually was skeptic about whether it would really turn up. The cost difference was negligible and yes it did! Along with a sweet helpful guide called Hana She was amazing. Knowledgeable and enthusiastic and the bus was a dream! If however you want 4 hours to Halong Bay on a shuttle with your knees stuck to your chest then this ridiculously comfy bus isn’t for you!!
Great service and bus Convenient great service and bus! This bus has leather reclining seats and luxury feeling. You can also get water and drink on it.
Very luxurious limousine and safe Long way from ha noi to Ha long but it’s really comfortable and realxing . Easy for sleeping . Highly recommended
Highly recommend. Dung is the Best!! My Guide Dung was fantastic!! We took them from Hanoi to Halong Bay and the bus was a great experience. First class the whole way. We decided to cut out stay on Halong Bay by a day so I contact our guide Dung if we could get a ride back the following day since we enjoyed the trip from Hanoi so much. Unfortunately we asked too late (3pm) the day prior so there was no more room. Our guide however did everything possible to make sure we could get back and was able to book us two seats on their sister companies bus! Highly recommend, great service, beautiful bus and willing to help out!!

We were wondering whether to pay the additional 10usd per person for the Rosa eco bus to and fro trip. We were glad we did. The ride was comfortable, the Aircon was cooling and there are charging points and WiFi for those who need them. Given that the trip from Hanoi to halong bay is about 3 hours, the price for the additional comfort is reasonable. 10 USD/6 hours=around 1.7usd per hour. So if you want a comfortable ride, you can try paying the additional 1.7usd/hour for a trip with Rosa eco bus. I would recommend it.
