Нас забрали вовремя в точке, которая была указана в билете, предварительно отправили номер машины. В машине была вода и зарядка, как указано, машина сама по себе целая и в хорошем состоянии - это все плюсы. Минусы: водитель останавливался без предупреждения посреди трассы, то выходил просто покурить, то забирал какие-то пакеты и также отдавал их кому-то посреди дороги. Английский водитель не знает, даже базовых слов типа water, обо всем надо спрашивать через переводчик. Никаких комментариев относительно того, почему мы останавливаемся посреди дороги и как долго это продлится не было. Водитель перепутал или неправильно понял точку, в которой надо было высадить пассажира, из-за чего мы простояли 10 минут, слушая, как они ругаются, а затем еще стояли в пробке на разворот, чтобы все-таки высадить пассажира в нужном месте, несмотря на то, что они оба были местные и языковых трудностей у них не было. В добавок ко всему, мы один раз чуть не врезались в фуру и водитель ехал максимально быстро, собирая все ямы так, что машина подскакивала на скорости, и меня из-за этого укачало.

The driver was distracted by his phone, video calling her girlfriend and risking accidents ! He was all the time smoking inside the car , affecting my health ! Unbearable and dangerous trip ! Tài xế bị phân tâm bởi điện thoại, gọi video cho bạn gái và gây ra nguy cơ tai nạn! Anh ta liên tục hút thuốc trong xe, ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe của tôi! Một chuyến đi không thể chịu đựng được và nguy hiểm!

It was a terrible trip. The driver picked us up later than the appointed time. No one informed us about the delay, we just waited. In the end, we arrived an hour and a half late. Because of this, I was late for a meeting. My vacation was ruined. Disgusting bus company. Never use this bus company.

Very bad arrangement. 1. The scheduled 2.5 hours trip has been extended to almost 4 hours. 2. The pick-up time has been brought forward for 30 mins in short notice (2 hours before the trip). 3. However the driver didn’t show up on time and I had to wait for more than 20 mins to get on the car. 4. After 30 mins here and there picking up, the car return to my pick up location again, which means I have wasted 50 mins for this illogical trip planning. 5. When it is close the destination, the car stop randomly and outside the 2 km radium of the designated location. 6. When finally i was one of the last two pensengers, I checked with driver the estimated time for my arrival (ETA) which I was told 20 mins more. 7. However as I don’t speak Vietnamese, I was arranged to be the last to drop off without notice, even when the Google map used by the driver clearly showed the opposite. 7. Finally I ended up with 10 mins later than the ETA indicated by driver when there were just two more stops near the destination.
