Everything was great, we got there quickly, and they woke us up at our stop.

Great experience. Bus started early, but we were informed properly. Many stops on the way, but that's what it is. Arrival to Quy Nhon was on time.

An absolute disaster! He tried to smoke twice, and both times I told him to stop. The driver was incredibly rude. When I angrily told him not to talk to me like that, let alone touch me, he calmed down and didn't bother me again. He urinated right in front of the bus entrance the toilet was 10 meters further on at the petrol station and he smoked twice inside the bus, and was also very rude. I wouldn't recommend this transport to anyone. The fact that someone slept in the cabin I had booked was also not ideal. (Check out the photos as proof.) Just watch there Google and u know its not the first time 😅
