The bus ride in itself was very good, the seat was comfortable and long, and the drivers were really nice. BUT it was a real mess to find the bus. I was given 2 different pick-up points by Xatit, pick-up n°1 when I booked, pick-up n°2 on the morning by mail, but then a mail 5 minutes before the time of the bus told me it was at n°1, and the bus finally waited 30min for me on pick-up n°2. Please make this clearer. And also the end of my trip (last 30 minutes) were by taxi and not by bus, but I finally got to my destination.

Worst trip in all Vietnam and in my entire life ! Here is a incomplete list of all that went wrong : Bus was 3 hours late No phone numbers working to get info No excuse or hello when bus arrived Had to bargain to get our bags in the trunk No water in my bed Driver and crew constantly smoking, horrid smell in all the bus, nausea Crew talking and yelling the all night Lights almost always on Crew spatting on god knows what every 5min Crew peeing on the bus and doing excessive stops for banh mi and chill Waking up in 10 seconds, crew yelling at us, punching our leg, « you go you go », tearing up our plastic bags because too slow to remove it normally Changing bus, had to bargain so that they let us know they put our bags in the new bus Avoid !!!
Xe không đúng giờ, nhồi nhét khách nằm đường luồng rất nhiều, còn sang xe khác. Mọi người không nên đi
