Xe tới hơi trễ chút. Nhưng được cái chạy an toàn.

Nhà xe thân thiên. Nhiệt tình. Vui vẻ . Xe chạy rất êm.

Nhà xe vui vẽ. Xe dừng điểm ăn ( ăn ngon) tài xế ăn nói nhẹ nhàn nhân viên phục vụ ko nói tục . Rất rất hài long

Nhà xe phục vụ tốt, nhiệt tình,vui vẻ , nhân viên vui tính , xe sạch sẻ . Lái xe an toàn .( Chân thành cám ơn nhà xe) hẹn lần sau sẻ ủng hộ tiếp.

First bus didnt pick us up. This one was way to late and arrived four hours later at the destination. People tried to help us but didnt speak English. Bus was really old.

Xe đóng hàng và chuyển hàng cả đêm ngủ không được (1h sáng đến 3h30). Thái độ với khách tệ.

I took this bus from HCMC to Quang Ngai on 26/04 and was very disappointed. First, me and my friends booked tickets separately and she got a notification about the change of pick up address and I didn’t get it. We came to the new location and waited for the bus for 2 hours. It was so late because of the traffic. Then, we booked 3 seats near each other because we were with a child and we wanted to stay together. Our seats were taken by other people. We are foreigners and didn’t understand what was going on. But the bus operator obviously sold more tickets than there were seats: other reviews confirm this is a common situation. Moreover, there was a first sanitary stop in Nha Trang at 3 am in the middle of the road. So we were supposed to go to the toilet right on the road. There were so many parking slots or gas stations, but we didn’t stop at any of them. The next sanitary stop was only at 8 am next morning. It is very uncomfortable. The bus arrived 3 hours later than it was supposed to. I think it’s also overpriced, it’s not worth 600k. So, this experience of using the bus was horrible and I would never book this company any more.
