Driver was on time, and we even got to Ninh Binh earlier. The bus was in great condition, and the seats were very comfortable. The driver was really nice and kind. Would definitely ride again if going to Ninh Binh. I would note that there isn't much luggage storage space, so you can't bring large suitcases, but that's common with this type of bus.

​I am beyond disappointed with this service; it was an absolute nightmare. I booked a ticket that explicitly included a pickup, but the experience was a total failure on three levels: 1.​Total Radio Silence: The company made zero effort to contact me regarding my trip or pickup details. 2.​Ignored My Efforts: When the driver didn't show up, I sent multiple SMS messages and tried calling, but I was completely ignored. No one answered or had the decency to reply. 3.​Second Failure at the Meeting Point: After being stood up for the pickup, I took the initiative to go to the main meeting point myself, hoping to catch the bus there. To my shock, no bus ever arrived at the meeting point either. ​I was left completely stranded with no explanation. This is not just unprofessional; it is deceptive. They took my money but provided absolutely no service. DO NOT TRUST this company. Save your money and your time—book with someone reliable instead.

I had a very bad experience with this company. The taxi that brought me to the meeting point as well as the driver forced me to change places when I had arrived first and I am sick in the car hence the fact that I got in front. They wanted me to stand behind or next to the driver (on much less comfortable seats) only to let a couple sit in front of the side because they didn't want to be behind. I find it unacceptable the way they yelled at me and insulted me. I paid for my place at the same price as them I don't see why they would have the right to preferential treatment. I would no longer book with this company. Thank you to the other passengers for defending me from these two men insulting a young girl and for reinforcing me in my decision not to move.

Honestly absolutely awful experience. We witnessed the driver and his colleague screaming at another passenger, a young girl, as she didn't want to give up her comfortable seat and go sit next to the driver so a couple could sit together. Absolutely awful behaviour, no paying customer should have to be screamed at like that. The other passengers were defending her and we got told to shut up as this wasn't a private taxi. Would NOT recommend, especially if you are a solo traveller.
