3 different buses (Tam Coc / Main journey / Hanoi) The driver of the main journey was aggressive with passager and unpolite. He said to a passenger it is forbidden to blow her noise.

I paid a bit over the average price, expecting a quality service. 300k instead of 170k. The trip was ok, however, we had to switch 3 different buses, in different locations, without any explanation, every time carrying our heavy bags from one vehicle to another. In the beginning I was also promised to be taken to my hotel in Hanoi, but in the end the driver just dropped me off on the curb and advised to call a Grab. So additional 130k. Nothing too horrible , but I was already so tired when I finally got to my hotel, nothing "Vip" about this experience. Would not recommend

Bus driver drove quite recklessly

The staff forgot our booking. Only after numerous messages did I get an answer. Unfortunately too late, the van had already left. So we were put on another van, which was not clean. The driver decided to put luggage in the alley - against all safety concerns. At the end, we reached our destination, Hanoi. But based on our experience, I would not recommend this service.
