The staff were helpful, the driver didn't complaint of extra luggage. They dropped off to the destination which is 4kms away from their final point without any issues. And I was late by 10 mins and was still able to board the bus

The shuttle driver was punctual and took us to the van. The van was comfortable, but the floor was very dirty with leftover water bottles and snack wrappers. We waited a while before leaving, until some people arrived, and when they got on the van, the driver made my husband change seats, saying it was reserved. But everyone else went to random seats and started talking loudly amongst themselves. It made no sense at all; separating my husband and me so that only one person from the family could sit far from their relatives. Very annoying, and Xatit said it wasn't possible to reserve a seat. In Ninh Binh we picked up a third vehicle (car) and this one was super clean and tidy and the driver was friendly.
