In a vehicle designed for 9 passengers, there was 1 child and 10 adults. With only 9 seats available, the child sat on their mother's lap, and one adult sat on a makeshift plastic chair while the vehicle was in operation. I understand that this happened because it was difficult to increase the number of vehicles, but for the sake of safety, it would have been better if the vehicles had been operated according to the number of passengers.
Good service, on time, clean and comfortable. It is 4 because the 2nd driver in the return trip was listening to the radio loudly, people talking and not tuned, very annoying, didn’t offered water as we had in the first trip - not sure if this is the standard. Anyway small details, I would recommend this company.
