Goof

Dường như đây không phải là xe chở khách mà là xe chở hàng. Xe cứ liên tục dừng để bốc hàng &;giao hàng, có khi cả gần 20p dừng. Xe chỉ biết dứng vì mục đích nhận & giao hàng chứ việc dừng đúng điểm để khách đi vệ sinh thì lại không nhiều nên nhiều khách phải tranh thủ "đi" ngoài đường lại xe đang vận chuyển hàng. Rất mệt mỏi và kéo dài rất rất lâu. Sẽ không có lần sau.

It started positively because the bus staff waited for us although our hotel didn't tell us the bus was about to arrive. Once on the bus, me and my partner were put on different seats, not the one from the app/email, and we weren't even next to each other. Furthermore, my partner's ventilation system was broken so he couldn't turn it off and had a constant flow of cold air. However, altogether, we felt more like parcels than passengers: As the bus transferred lots of parcels, it stopped lots of times for delivery services. It felt like this was the bus staff's main task. Maybe that's why the ride took 2.5 hours more than expected ... So, the ride took 7.5 hours instead of estimated 5 hours, we had only two (!) stops, though. The first stop after 3 (!) hours wasn't even intended (a motorbike had to be taken off the bus and it took longer than expected, so we took the chance to run to the toilet). On the second stop, we tried to ask with our poor Vietnamese and with Google translate how long we would have time but no one even tried to understand or help us. So we went to get a bánh mì, but actually we didn't have even time to get it - however, the staff waited for us. So, altogether, it was the worst ride we have had in 8 weeks Vietnam. We don't understand why there was no planned food break nor why the final time was 50% more than estimated.

Our bus was an hour late. Once the bus arrived, we found two men already were asleep in our seats and were moved out to the walking aisle. Once we were waiting for the ferry we wanted to double check with our driver that it is the correct ferry through Google Translate, to which he responded with inappropriate comments. Overall an unpleasant experience, it was very hard to communicate and uncomfortable because of the drivers comments and our seats being used by other people before we got on.

Mới buoc lên xe em đã thấy nhiều khách cầm mì ổ. Mui khó chịu quá huhu. Ổ sạc cắm cũng k có điện. Báo delay nhưng báo trễ hơn h dự kiến đi 1 tiếng e chờ ở chỗ đi đã hơn 1t30p (vì nv xe bảo em ra sớm 30p) + thêm 1t nữa TC EM CHỜ 2t30p? Đây là bên nhà xe hay do bên cty xatit ạ?

The meeting location wasn't the one indicated in the letter. We had to cross a busy highway. There were a lot of stops to pick up packages and apples. The drive took two hours longer. They wrote something on the suitcases with permanent markers. They ruined it and it won't wash off. But the air conditioning works well, so at least one star is enough for that.

Đây là chuyến xe rất kinh hoàng, xe dơ, mùi tanh nồng nặc, ghế đã đặt có người nằm sẵn. Chủ xe và lơ xe yêu cầu nhường ghế cho tài xế ngủ (?). Khi không đồng ý thì doạ nạt và to tiếng với khách. Nói rằng tôi đi giữa tuyến nhẽ ra phải trả nhiều tiền hơn (trong khi trả qua xatit rồi). Xe chạy dừng lại lên xuống hàng hoá liên tục. Đi tàu về bến cực kỳ tệ. Đề nghị kiểm tra lại lịch trình đăng ký và các khách hàng cân nhắc có nên đặt xe tệ hại như vậy hay không nhé. Nam mô

The bus didn’t came. We were waiting and calling, even from vietnamese people phones, but the number was fake, we paid already and didn’t get our money back.
