Very comfortable journey from Hanoi to Cao Bang.

The Bus Driver drove very safe was friendly. All in all a good experience. I would improve that everybody has to come to the office, otherwise it takes longer in Hanoi to pick up everyone and the time expands to 8-9 hours quickly than 6 hours like its written.

Chairs are uncomfortable. It took 2 hours to pick up all the people in Hanoi which made us arrive later than scheduled. The driver wasn’t driving safely. They are discriminating tourists and putting them on the last row (which is very uncomfortable and small)

The positive thing is they arrived on time. The negatives are that we stopped at least 5 times for incredibly long time so we arrived late. We even had to change once for a different car. We got the back seat, it was really uncomfortable and on every bump we jumped so much in the air - there were no seatbelts. And we got dropped before the official drop off point. Unfortunately, cannot recommend.

It took us 9 hours to arrive at our destination! The driver drove in Hanoi during the rush hour to pick up some passengers and some big merchandises. He forced passengers to change seat against their will. I đidn t appreciate his driving skills either. He sometimes overtook lorries when i would t have dared. It rained, the road is dangerous and there is much traffic. We saw a serious accident. I must add that i changed the schedule for my travelling and was picked up from my hotel already at 5:50am. The driver was unpolite. Several minutes after he made a break to eat, he suddenly stopped the car, looked at me and simply said « money! » After showing him the written confirmation that I had already paid, he went on requesting « money ». During the trip the door backwards opened slightly and it was cold inside. He đidn t notice anything. For all these reasons I would not recommend to travel with the company Long Trang Limousine.
