Lan Anh Limousine was fantastic - communication via WhatsApp with Thuy was clear and purchasing on the Xatit platform made it super easy to get where we needed to go!
Lái xe vui tính - chỗ ngồi thoải mái - lại còn được fee wifi và nước uống … rất tuyệt vời ạ.🥰
Lái xe rất an toàn - thái độ rất tốt - ân cần chu đáo
The trip from Hanoi to Pu Luong went smoothly. However, the return trip was a disaster. First of all, the bus arrived nearly an hour late, and when it picked up more passengers, some ended up on the floor because there was no more room. Then, at an intersection, a second minibus arrived. Everyone had to transfer to the second bus except my friend and me (the only women). Our bus then turned around and stopped again to switch to a car this time. After driving for about 20 minutes, we stopped again and switched cars once more—and this time, the driver changed as well. We drive for between 30 minutes and an hour, then the car stops in a small town. The driver gets out of the car, locks it, and makes calls for over 10 minutes. The driver gets back in but doesn’t start the car. He makes more calls for about 30 minutes and the tone gets heated. Not understanding what’s going on, we tried to translate what he was saying. We realized that the bus company had lied to him, telling him he would be transporting 3 or 4 people to Hanoi, whereas there were only the two of us. As a result, he wasn’t going to be paid as he expected and therefore didn’t want to move. He tells us several times that he won’t budge anyway and that we have to get out of his car. We explain to him that we understand the situation isn’t his fault, but that we absolutely have to get back to Hanoi and don’t know how else to get there—especially in a city we don’t know at all, three and a half hours from Hanoi (as a reminder, we’re two young women). So he makes some more calls and then drops us off at a pharmacy. The pharmacist welcomes us kindly and explains that another car will come to pick us up. The pharmacist makes several calls; we wait about fifteen minutes, and the new car arrives. We finally leave the city, but after 10 minutes the car stops; the driver makes a call and turns back into the city. In the end, we only picked up a few packages and set off again. After more than three hours in this last car, we finally arrived in Hanoi at 1:30 p.m. instead of 10:30 a.m.... In short, we can understand certain organizational issues, but at this point, the service leaves much to be desired and is even dangerous. (Btw from what we gathered from the calls, this wasn’t the first time things had gone wrong between the driver of the second-to-last car and the company.)
