Très bon service. Ponctuel. Le jeune chauffeur était un vrai champion. Le 7 heures de route s'est déroulé en douceur car sa conduite était très sécuritaire. Il anticipait tous les mouvements sur la route pour ne jamais réagir d'une façon brusque. Plusieurs passagers dormaient. Le dernier voyage avec LH Minh n'avait pas été si agréable toutefois. Le chauffeur était trop téméraire selon nous et sommes arrivés à destination fatigués et heureux de sortir du bus en un morceau. Bref, ça dépend du chauffeur, comme toujours.

QUÁ TỆ - Đã đi xe này rất nhiều lần. Dịch vụ lúc đầu rất tốt, nhưng về sau càng ngày càng tệ. Đặc biệt là việc trả khách ở HCM. Dù đã xác nhận nhiều lần là về Lotte Mart Q7, tuy nhiên đến đường Ký Con (sau khi qua hầm Thủ Thiêm) thì tài xế yêu cầu xuống và phải đi taxi chung với các khách khác, và không hề có thông báo từ trước.
The seat arrangement was changed without any prior consent, which caused inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, the driver arrived late, further disrupting our schedule. These issues reflect poorly on the reliability and professionalism expected from the service.
Driver generally unpleasant attitude to foreign passengers, watching pornography, defensive and hostile asked about it.
