My trip on another bus line from Old Quarter Hanoi to Sapa was only 5 hours. The return trip to the Old Quarter took 7 hours. Why? Although I like that the sleeper beds were much wider than I expected, however, the bed was dirty and had not been wiped down. Good thing I brought wet wipes and we were able to wipe the beds. There was also a used cotton bud on the window sill. Yuck!
Bus was comfortable but there was No WiFi and No signal on the TV. Made the 6 hour trip from Sapa to Hanoi feel longer. Driver was polite and friendly.
Over 1.5 hours late, we were put on 2 buses and not communicated with. The bus itself was comfortable and nice
Nous avons voyagé dans un vieux bus avec un chauffeur qui rouler vite ! Heureusement que le bus n’était pas plein !
Từ Sapa về Hà Nội rất ổn, nhưng mình đặt vé Sapa-Ninh Bình, nên tới Hà Nội lại phải sang xe, ngồi chờ 45 phút. Sau đó xe cuối cùng cũng chạy, nhưng vô đổ xăng dầu gì mà đợi cả tiếng đồng hồ, k hiểu nổi, tại sao k đổ lúc chưa đón khách, nhưng khách khác book chuyến Sapa -Đà Nẵng chờ còn thảm hơn. Tốn thời gian của biết bao nhiêu người!
This bus company is the worst, stay away from this, seats doesn’t match when I bought online,
The driver is rude, He didn’t come on time. He made us wait 45 mins.. Also he made us go back and forth from the pick up point. from bay 1 to bay 19 vice versa. Our seat has a designated number yet it didn’t follow. What a waste of money!
We bought a ticket to Sapa. The driver dropped us off in Hanoi and drove away. Never travel with this company. There are ants crawling around the cabin! And cockroaches! Horrible! Disgusting!
