Don't book the back bottom seats they just let people lay in the aisle next to you I felt like a sardine in a can constantly making touch contact with a random dude. Staff was disgustingly rude and dismissive blatantly ignored me when I asked what was happening. I shouted at this guy twice to get his attention because talking normally wasn't working still blatant ignorance.

Quá tệ. Xe không trả khách quốc lộ dọc đường . Khách k thể đi vẫn phải trả tiền. Thái độ quá tệ.

I had one of the worst travel experiences of my life with this bus company. The staff behavior was absolutely unacceptable. The driver (or staff member) was extremely rude from the very beginning. When I simply asked basic questions — like when we would stop for a bathroom break — he responded aggressively, yelled at me, and even mocked me loudly in front of other passengers. At one point, he was laughing at me together with other locals, which was humiliating and completely unprofessional. The situation escalated when I took a second blanket because the bus was extremely cold. I was already feeling unwell before the trip, and the freezing temperature made my condition worse. I was absolutely willing to pay extra for the blanket — that was never an issue. However, instead of explaining anything calmly, the staff member aggressively grabbed the blanket away from me and even tried to physically confront me. This kind of behavior is shocking and completely unacceptable. The bus conditions were also terrible. There was no toilet on board, and the bus constantly stopped every 20–30 minutes. Each time, bright blue lights were turned on, people were getting on and off, and it was impossible to sleep. It felt more like a chaotic transit bus than a sleeper bus. At some point, people were even lying in the aisle due to overcrowding, which made the whole experience feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. To be fair, some Vietnamese passengers tried to calm me down and were kind, but that does not excuse the behavior of the staff. I have traveled by sleeper bus before (for example, when transporting a bike), and the experience was completely different — professional staff, better atmosphere, and basic comfort. This company, however, was the complete opposite. This is by far the worst bus company I have ever traveled with. I would not recommend it to anyone. There are much better and safer options available.

The bus helper was so rude and abusive, he is shouting at passenger all the time, i have his video recorded, he was treating me as i was a criminal, like go there, get out from the bus, wait outside, when i showed him my ticket to ask my seat, he took my ticket and yelling at me go there at the end go go, go up, i mean my whole trip i was so quite like i am in jail, i was scared to get down from my seat also because he will come and shout at me again, all passenger told me forget it he is old man, but thats not how you treat your passenger, we paid full money to have a safe and comfortable trip, it was my worst experience for the 1st time. Horrible bus guide or the driver i dont know who is he, but he was putting all the luguage inside the bus, and the bus was not suppose to be so full that i cant even get down from my seat, as i was sleeping on upper row, the people sleeping down all over the walking row so how can you even go down, you have to stamp on people to go down the bus, its so bad experience
