A shuttle was provided to the bus, but it wasn’t easy for us to find it, as neither the vehicle number nor the bus number had been communicated in advance. The bus itself was fairly comfortable; however, there was occasionally a smell of cigarettes inside, the driver used the horn quite often, and there were also passengers standing in the aisle. It also turned out that none of the charging ports at our seats were compatible with USB-C phones, so we had to charge the phone using a power bank. Despite all this, we arrived at the final destination ahead of schedule, so overall I would rate the experience a 4.

Tài xế hút thuốc rất nhiều trên suốt đoạn đường chạy xe hơn 12 giờ đồng hồ. Mình đã phản ánh với xatit trên đường đi nhưng ko có cải thiện. Tài xế và lơ xe thường xuyên dùng từ ngữ thô tục khi nói chuyện với nhau, ảnh hưởng đến khách nằm gần đầu xe.
