We changed from car to bus and again from bus to car, but we read from other reviews that was a possibility. Other than that a very nice experience!

When we bought the tickets, the day before the trip they e-mailed about some extra fees about 40 000, they were on Xatit site so we paid them. But on the day of the trip they sent about 3 e-mails from Hoa Lu Limousine company about more additional fees with different amounts of money each time. And the driver started asking for 60 000 dongs more, we said that we have already paid on Xatit. Then he came back with a girl demanding us to pay this unknown 60 000 fees and we explained again that everything was paid for. In the end they just let us alone about this. All in all, the pick up was on time and we arrived to Hanoi as planned. However, we didn't receive bus's license plate on the day of departure as it is normally done. And their contact number wasn't on Whatsapp so it's hard to contact them.

An extra payment was asked one day before the trip, and the ticket was not refundable

Recepción extraña en la oficina de Ninh Binh, sitios medio incómodos, conductor desagradable, alguna gente iba junto al conductor, conducción cómicamente peligrosa. Pero salimos a tiempo y llegamos a Hanoi antes de lo previsto.

The bus never come to pick up….. Very bad experience
