The bus itself was fine, comfortable and spacious enough. The staff on the other hand were awful. Speaking to us like dogs, shewing us away, pushing me in the back. Then clearly mocking us and laughing to each other when they dropped us off. It’s a shame because if it wasn’t for the staff then I would’ve used this company again.
Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this bus company. 1. It was 28°C on the bus and although the air conditioning was on, it was so weak that it didn’t cool the cabin. We sweated all night. I asked the bus driver if he could turn the air conditioning down and he said it was set to 20°C. We later saw that there was another seat further forward that was free, where it was a bit cooler. At least we were able to move seats when we asked. 2. A single stop at a toilet, which we only noticed by chance because we happened to wake up. No information about how long the stop would be or anything else. 3. Actually the most absurd thing: we’d booked a double cabin (for 2 people). For 800,000 dong. Far too small for two average-sized Europeans! So if you don’t cuddle up, you can’t lie down – which was quite uncomfortable at 28 degrees. And the joke: according to the bus driver, a single cabin costs 400,000 dong. So we paid 800,000 for one cabin just because there were two of us?? We could have just booked two cabins straight away. This pricing makes absolutely no sense. 4. There were no comparable amenities like on other buses, such as charging slots, screens, climate control or anything else. All in all, an absolutely unpleasant experience, no help whatsoever, and I wouldn’t recommend travelling with this operator to anyone.
