The bus started later (10:00 am) than it was announced (9:30) but it was ok. Unfortunately we couldn't reserve the seats we wanted. Not room enough for the legs which is a drag for me since I'm tall... Driver was careful, we stopped for lunch in a small rudimental place in the country side. We arrived after 3 hours trip as it was planned, so thank you !

The bus ride itself was good and comfortable. However, we paid an extra 20,000 VND per person at the Da Lat station for hotel drop-off. When we arrived, we were instead offered a taxi and asked to pay again. I had to explain that we had already paid for hotel delivery and showed the ticket. After that, the driver seemed unhappy but eventually told us to get into the car. We were delivered to the hotel, but the situation felt uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for hotel delivery. It’s easier and clearer to just use Grab once you arrive in the city.

It was pretty good. My only issue was the garage where I was taken to wait before getting on the bus was a chaotic mess having to step over and around stuff laying all over the place. When I went to get on the bus we had to squeeze between the wall and the bus, about a 2 foot space.

The bus wasn't scheduled for 8:00 AM as advertised on Xatit, but for 8:30 AM (see photo). The initially scheduled arrival time (11:00 AM) was also missed. The bus itself is old, and the smell inside isn't very pleasant. The bus stopped several times along the way to drop off packages… The terminus is far from everything. The only positive point was that the driver was quite pleasant behind the wheel.
