Total 3 van. First hotel to Hanoi office the driver is nice and English speaking Second Hanoi office to Halong half way. The driver was very rude and unsafe driving. That's empty seat beside driver but he did not allow me to sit, he didn't notify me before to get down on half way Halong to change mini van, he just throw my luggage in the middle of road yeah middle of road full with dust and dirty, despite road side just 2 meter away. Third half way Halong to Halong hotel. The driver is good but the van has no proper place to keep your luggage. Mini van seayt are small and uncomfortable. I will never book again for all reasons
I’ve been traveling in Vietnam for a month and a half and I’ve used many different transport services during my trip. Sadly, this was my worst experience so far. Compared with all the other buses I’ve taken, this one was clearly the most disappointing.

Terrible experience. The limousine was over crowded. Had to call the operator and was told they did reserve a seat for me even the tickets were confirmed. Waited a long time for them to pickup
