Firstly, my ticket from Da Nang to Nha Trang on this bus cost twice as much as from Nha Trang to Da Nang. I chose it because it was scheduled to leave Da Nang at 5:00 PM and arrive in Nha Trang at 2:00 AM. This schedule and price were the most convenient compared to other buses. I arrived at the Da Nang bus station an hour before the bus departure, at 4 PM, but a bus company employee wrote to me and said the bus would depart at 6:00 PM. I approached the bus driver and clarified the departure time, but they didn't give me any reasons for the delay. In the end, we left Da Nang at 6:45 PM. There were constant stops where drivers got out and loaded boxes and bags into the trunks. As a result, the bus arrived in Nha Trang at 5:40 AM, instead of the stated 2:15 AM. It's very unpleasant that tickets are sold for routes with a specific travel schedule, and it doesn't correspond to either the comfort or the time of the bus.
