I felt very safe and comfortable all over the journey. The driver was helpful and friendly. There was a little bit of confusion about the time of departure. The driver tried to call me, but as I couldn't understand the Vietnamese language we could not understand each other. I would appreciate a communication via WhatsApp where all have the opportunity to translate the messages. Even sending SMS was impossible for me with my Viettel tourist SIM plan. But, eventually, we arrived safe and in time at the dropping point.

The hotline was pretty good, booked us on request on an earlier car. The car was pretty nice but a little older. The driver was at the beginning really good, after we lost time he drove wilder, I felt unsafe. While the whole trip he made suspicios stops, so he got drinks and food, gave things out, sat at a cafe, after 2,5 hours he got someone in the car, even the seats were all booked. He sat on a armrest. That felt unprofessionell.
