This was the worst experience we’ve encountered during our whole stay. We drove past our hotel but our driver wouldn’t let us out but instead drove almost 20 more kilometers in another direction to run private errands and drop off the other passengers who were vietnamese. We drove past our hotel at 6:10p.m. Scheduled drop off should’ve been 6:30om but instead we got to our hotel at 8:07p.m. Over an hour and a half later! This is unacceptable. We told him that he was driving wrong but he told us to give him some minutes because he was picking up his girlfriend and her kids from a party! He also stayed on his phone the whole time while driving and was calling people. During those times he would drive under 20km/h. We don’t know if this bad experience was because of us not being Vietnamese or the inability of our driver. Definitely don’t recommend and will not book again!
