I did not take the bus with them because I missed it due to another bus company (I was changing bus). However they tried to wait for me for 30mn, and even if I did not make it, they helped me right away to find ne another bus. They bought it with me at the station, and showed me the bus. Very professional.

I went from Ha Giant to Cao Bang and everything was good. The driver was sooo friendly and helpful. We made a lot of stops on the way also for had a lunch and coffee. Felt very safe and it was a comfartable journey trough the mountains. Pick up and drop off service included.

Don’t help to resolve customer’s drop-off problem. No solution.

Xe ok, sạch sẽ, bị 1 cái là mình đặt 7 chỗ tầng dưới nhưng lên xe cũng bị kì kèo dời 2-3 chỗ lên tầng trên.

Since we started driving everything was good. Before that we had to call the office to make sure the driver was actually coming because we didn't get any contact info or location. The drive itself was long but the staff were very friendly.

Guy was smoking inside the van We had one hour delay from the beginning (even if other tourists had same bus but with a one hour delay tickets !)
