Comfortable bus, but pick up 1h late and arrival time to ha giang an hour an half early
The bus didn’t picked us up where we supposed to be picked up and the drive was really rough, even though the ac was covered, it was still blowing cold air somehow. It arrived way earlier than it been said so we had to spend more time doing nothing cause was too early in the morning.
The bus itself looked clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. However, the bus manager was quite short-tempered and seemed to lack patience, which affected the overall experience.
We were supposed to leave at 9am, the bus left at 11:30am and we only got an email saying it’ll be leaving later at 10:45am the day of. Stopped only once for a 6-7h drive. They didn’t drop us off at the initial drop-off spot, when we tried talking to the crew member they laughed in our faces. Little to no communication, at least they payed our taxi into the city ! The bus was comfortable and clean.
Không dọn xe. Xuất phát muộn 1 tiếng. Bắt khách dọc đường liên tục mà khách hỏi dừng nghỉ thì nhân viên lại nói là không đúng theo chương trình.

We personally had a very poor experience with this bus company and will not travel with them again. Very bad service and very fast and rough driving. The bus picked us up late but managed to arrive very early at the destination in ha giang. The set up is terrible, your hearded and treated like animals. Only toilet stop is to go on the side of the road. The adjustment on the beds was broken, the inside of the windows were covered in dust/skin particles. Very uncomfortable and rushed journey. Can't think of a good thing to say. I could not possibly recommend this service. (We were also told to be at the pickup point for 30 minutes before pick up at 22:00. The bus arrived at 23:30 so we were waiting on the street for 2 hours wondering)
