Everything was perfect. We received free water and some snacks. Bus was clean. They dropped us off at the hotel.
The driving is very safe for both rides… it was very well organized with the bus and the boat and the hostel drop off, thank u so much :)))
Un message par Whatsapp la veille pour nous rappeler l’heure et le lieu du RV. Départ à l’heure (6h) avec bouteille d’eau et petits gâteaux offerts. Sièges OK ( on a dormi tous les deux). Transfert immédiat dans le bateau et bus à l’arrivée sur l’île qui nous a déposés au pied de notre hôtel. Arrivée avec 1h30 d’avance ! (8h30 au lieu de 10h). PARFAIT
Bus was late - we was informed it would be 20 minutes late and it was an hour late in the end. Which meant we arrived at our destination an hour and a half late. We also made a stop 40 minutes in to an only 2 hour journey. The seats were comfortable, driving was sensible and the air con worked well on the bus.
Everything was good but the ac was not so cold for a day that had almost 40 degrees
Bus was full of wasted bottles and paper. Driver was in a hurry and had a weird driving.
Dịch vụ tệ. đặt 2 vé đi 8h sáng. Do tắc đường nên 8h5p mk có mặt, xe vẫn chưa chạy nhưng không cho khách lên xe. Ăn không của khách 640k. Mình đặt lại 2 vé đi chuyến sau lúc 10h30 thì tận 11h mới xuất phát?? Khách khiếu nại thì k phản hồi. Không hoàn tiền , không giảm giá cũng không đổi giờ đi cho khách , ăn chặn luôn 640k của khách !!
