Cool car, comfortable, we got there quickly
Late nearly 40mins when pick up without any notice
If they had picked us up not 1.5 hours later than they were supposed to, everything would have been fine. We were traveling from Da Nang to Hue. The driver was good. But punctuality is nonexistent with this company. They cited traffic jams, even though the GPS showed no traffic. They said the trip would be delayed by an hour, but we ended up waiting 1.5 hours. Then they stopped responding to WhatsApp messages altogether.
The drive we booked didn't happen, but instead of telling us,the company didn't inform us but stalled our departure further and further and kept us waiting until we had to take the next bus an hour later. The car and drive itself was alright.
