Nhà xe rất nhiệt tình khi hỗ trợ thay đổi điểm đón từ Bến xe Giáp Bát sang Bến xe Mỹ Đình. Tuy nhiên, nhà xe nên phối hợp với các Hãng App đặt xe để bổ sung thêm điểm đón ở Bến xe Mỹ Đình để tiện lợi cho khách hàng hơn

Bus had mould in it above where you put your head. EXTREMELY rude driver. Arrived 90 minutes early at 4am so we had to wait 3 hours for our next bus in the middle of the night with nowhere to sit for over an hour with our large bags.
No clear information was provided about the departure point. When we arrived at the station, we spent nearly 20 minutes searching and asking around before we were lucky enough to find the operator’s representative. The phone number given for the operator didn’t work. We were then taken in a shuttle that looked more like a construction-site taxi, driving us outside the city where the bus eventually arrived. The bus itself was fine, but they stopped at the worst station with the worst toilets. Finally, upon arrival, we still had to wait an additional hour for them to load their furniture into the last shuttle before taking us to our hotel.
The bus was at the wrong platform and we haven't received any information about the change. Noone spoke english so we had a lot of difficulties with getting any information and finding the correct bus (we haven't received bus number plates). The bus was supposed to leave at 8 but it actually left the bus station an hour later (I suppose they connected two buses into one but once again no info about the delay). The drivers didn't even bother communicating with us, took our luggage and forced us to wait at the platform for another half an hour. Finally we were let in and we started the ride. At some point, the bus stopped at the random location and stayed there another half an hour for no reason. When we arrived at Cao Bang they tried to kick us off the bus at the wrong stop but we managed to show them on the app where we need to be taken. In the end we arrived almost 2 hours later without any particular reason as the delate occurred due to not keeping the departure time and making long unnecessary stops in random locations. If I could, I would definitely chose another operator.
