They made sure they cooled down the bus before we all got on the bus. Also when we passed my stop they went back to drop me off at the right address.

We booked a VIP limousine with reserved seats from Sa Pa to Ha Giang. They told us to be 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. When we arrived at the office there was already a couple sitting there who also waited for Ha Giang bus. Suddenly random guy entered the office and spoke to a office guy in Vietnamese. He told us to go with him. We did it... My fault was not remembering the license plate. If I knew it I would know before that we are going to be scammed. We gave our luggage and entered the bus. Bus interior was a mess... Dirty and uncomfortable sitting places. Without a lay down option. That bus had had best times past... I asked other passengers if they are going to Ha Giang. Fortunately they confirmed but they also felt that they were scammed and was to ride different bus. Generally in the bus there were only young passengers. It looks like company makes overbooking and then scam chosen passengers. You can read similar opinions in previous comments. Driver was ok but he could be more smart and not to leave open bus doors during the stop in the night as all nearby mosquitos drove with us. Additionally he made stops in random places, took packages, exchanging them and delivering them to the doors. Now I am writing directly to company. Please do not use cheap excuses and explanations... It is just a scam and you do it frequently. We did not get the bus we paid for. The only option you should propose is huge DISCOUNT! 2 stars for earlier departure and driving 5.5h
